what do I do to install it?

I love studiopress and genesis themes. I hope you can get the new themes that they have. I like thier eleven40 theme. Its clean unique and kinda has a warm feeling to it.

This is such a nice theme. I was just wondering are you still going to post up more in the near future. I also wanted to ask if you probably have some tips on customizing wp themes. What I mean is CSS type stuff. If so, I would like to know.

Very nice theme BUT after activating it the whole Dashboard and admin panel get slow as hell. if i change back to the standard template everything runs fine….
